Our quality team is led by Catherine Fitzgerald MSc, BSC, CMIOSH, AMEHOA. Catherine has extensive food industry experience across Ireland, the UK and the USA. As a recognised HACCP and Health and Safety expert, Catherine has trained a substantial number of the professionals operating in our industry and has supported many of the most prestigious Irish foods companies. Catherine ensures our production facilities are ready to meet the most stringent audits, and our Broghies are always produced in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and to the highest international standards.
